Visitors

The Diocese of West Texas invites those who are not delegates, alternates, clergy or clergy spouses to attend Council as Visitors.  The registration fee is $35 which allows you access to exhibits, the hospitality area, and all business sessions.  We also invite our visitors to attend all luncheons and the Friday night banquet.  Fees for meals are:

  • Thursday Commission for Women’s Ministries Luncheon $25
  • Thursday Christian Education Department Lunch $25
  • Thursday Mission Congregations’ Dinner $25
  • Friday Bishop’s Luncheon $30
  • Friday Banquet $40

Our registration process is very similar to last year.  A registration letter and instructions from the host committee will be e-mailed to all churches with full details.  Or click Registration Letter PDF (when available.)  Online payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card, Visa and MasterCard DEBIT  cards, and e-checks.  If you wish to pay by check, then print the Registration Receipt, make your check payable to Diocesan Council 2018 and mail both to the Diocese of West Texas.
