Online Registration Costs and Deadlines

Council Registration is open online for Churches, Individuals, Childcare, and Visitors, through Monday, February 10. Individual Workshop Registration is required as part of the Online Council Registration process; visit the Workshops page for more information.

Online Registration Costs

Churches
  • Clergy, Delegate, Alternate ($165, includes Friday Luncheon & Banquet)
  • Clergy Spouses ($120, includes Friday Luncheon & Banquet)
Individuals
  • Visitors and Volunteers ($35, does not include food, see below)
Childcare
  • Infants through 2nd grade ($20, daily, per child)
Exhibitors (2020 Exhibitor Registration Closed)
Food Options – Thursday
Food Options – Friday

*Friday meals are included in Church Registration and may be added to Individual Registrations.

  • Church/Individual Online Registration: February 10
  • Church Financial Audit: May 1
