The 116th Annual Council of the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas will be held in Corpus Christi, Texas at the AmericanBank Center. The conference begins in the afternoon, Thursday, February 20th, and ends at noon on Saturday, February 22, 2020. Over 1,000 clergy and laypersons are expected to attend. Diocesan and congregational ministries, local vendors, and church resource providers are invited to participate as an exhibitor for this annual event.
Online registration for exhibitors will open in November 2019, with a registration deadline of January 31, 2020. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment information, your registration will be confirmed by email. When all booth spaces have been reserved, a waiting list will be maintained. A $25 late fee will be added to registrations made after the deadline.
In the American Bank Center, the exhibitor area will be located on the lower level in Exhibit Hall-A, next to the Council Business Session, which is also on the lower level in Exhibit Hall-B. In addition, the hospitality area will be within Exhibit Hall-A drawing attendees through the exhibit area.
The Exhibit Hall will contain approximately sixty-four booths, with several registration categories: Premium, Standard, and Non-Profit Standard. Booth numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on requested locations indicated during registration. Each booth will be a standard 10′ by 10′ draped exhibit booth, equipped with a single-line booth sign, one six foot, draped table and two chairs. The background drape measures 8’ high, and the side drapery 3’ high. Charges for additional tables, chairs and other equipment will be addressed in the exhibitor packet available on our website in January. Electricity will be available through the American Bank Center. For your convenience, Thursday and Friday boxed lunches will be available for purchase during the online registration process. Exhibitors are welcome to attend Council programs by purchasing tickets during registration, or view Business Sessions from the Visitors section.
Vendors may set up booths Wednesday, February 19, 2020 between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and on Thursday, February 20, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Council Registration will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, and the Exhibit Hall will open for visitors at the same time. Booth teardown will be permitted Saturday, February 22, 2020 after 1:00 p.m.
