Exhibitor Registration

The 116th Annual Council of the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas will be held in Corpus Christi, Texas at the AmericanBank Center. The conference begins at 1:00p.m., Thursday, February 20th, and ends at 12:00p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2020. Over 1,000 clergy and laypersons are expected to attend. Diocesan and congregational ministries, local vendors, and church resource providers are invited to participate as an exhibitor for this annual event.

Online registration for exhibitors is open, and there is a registration deadline of January 17, 2020. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment information, your registration will be confirmed by email. When all booth spaces have been reserved, a waiting list will be maintained. A $25 late fee will be added to registrations made after the deadline.

In the AmericanBank Center, the exhibitor area will be located on the lower level in Exhibit Hall-A, next to the Council Business Session, which is also on the lower level in Exhibit Hall-B. In addition, the hospitality area will be within Exhibit Hall-A drawing attendees through the exhibit area.

The Exhibit Hall will contain approximately sixty-four booths, with several registration categories: Premium Hospitality, Premium, Standard, and Non-Profit Standard. Booth placement will be assigned based upon registration categories and requests indicated on the registration form. For your convenience, Thursday and Friday boxed lunches will be available for purchase during the online registration process. Exhibitors are welcome to attend Council luncheons and programs by purchasing tickets on the registration form.

Exhibits are to be set up on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and on Thursday, February 20, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The Exhibit Hall will open for visitors at the following times:

Thursday, February 20, 2020 | 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday, February 21, 2020 | 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, February 22, 2020 | 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Exhibits can begin teardown Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.

Each exhibit booth is a standard 10’ x 10’ draped area with a 6’ draped table and two chairs. A 7” x 44” sign will be provided for the booth name as per the information on the registration form.

Exhibitor registration is now open, and will close Friday, January 17, 2020.
