During Council sessions, childcare will be available onsite at the convention center. A professionally staffed nursery will be available for infants through Pre-K and professionally trained staff for Kindergarten through Second grade, with age appropriate programs for each group. Childcare Registration is $20 per child, per day, and includes meals. Pre-registration is required, with payment, as well as the expected times the child will attend. Drop-in children cannot be accepted.
Childcare registration opens December 20, 2019 and closes February 10, 2020.
Children should eat lunch before arriving on Thursday.
Dinner will be available Thursday evening.
Childcare will close prior to the Small Church, Big Mission Dinner; please contact Leslie Mixson or Rachel Willcox for individual assistance.
Friday Morning and Friday Afternoon
A child’s lunch is planned for Friday, plus a child’s dinner on Friday. Breakfast will not be served.
A snack will be available Saturday morning. No meals will be served.
To avoid unnecessary catering costs and food waste, please indicate accurately whether or not your child will be present to eat the meals provided. Snacks, fruit, water and juice will also be available throughout each day.
Suggested Items to Bring:
- Comfortable change of clothes
- Diapers/wipes, if needed, in a well-labeled bag
- Cup, with lid, for water or juice, labeled with name
- All food, if child has peanut or other severe food allergies
- Blanket/Pillow if they will want to rest
- Portable crib, if needed
