Bishop’s Golf Classic

Gray Hardaway, chair of the Bishop’s Golf Classic, said, “Even if you don’t play golf, this golf tournament is still for you. Not every child that needs scholarship to go to camp receives it. We still need more support.”

“Camp is so important. That is where so many feel the love of Jesus for the first time. That is what this golf tournament is about to me,” said Hardaway.

The Bishop’s Golf Classic, co-chaired by Clay Michel and Bart Wilson, and sponsored in large part by Cavender Toyota,  raised a net profit of $47,500 in 2015, a new record.

Winners in 2015 included:

Low Gross
1st-St Thomas, San Antonio
2nd-St Mark, San Antonio
3rd-Grace, San Antonio

Low Net

“But the biggest winners are still the kids,” said Hardaway, with credit to the first chair of the Bishop’s Golf Classic, Mike Horridge.
