Pre-registration is required for all attending the Special Council to elect a Bishop Coadjutor on Saturday, October 25, at TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas in San Antonio.
Churches are responsible for registering their clergy, clergy spouses, delegates, and alternates. Registration forms must be mailed back to the Diocese of West Texas. Payment can be by check or online by credit card. The registration forms were mailed to each church office on August 11.
Clergy not assigned to a church (retired & non-parochial) and licensed clergy along with their spouses may return the registration form received in the mail OR complete an online registration form. Forms were mailed on August 11.
Visitors are welcome to attend the Special Council and watch the election via a live feed in the Refectory at TMI. Cost is $30 per person, and this includes a box lunch. Find the registration link on the Registration page.
Childcare is also available for $10 per child or a max of $30 per family. Children must be pre-registered; walk-ins cannot be accepted. Find the online registration link here. Parents will need to supply a sack lunch, comfortable clothes, and a portable crib (if needed). Water and snacks will be provided. Parents may drop off their children beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 25.
