The Secretary of the diocese, the Rev. David Read, has sent out delegate certification information for Council 2014. It was emailed to all recipients of the “churchofficelist” listserv. The information is also available on the Certification page of the website. The 5-page packet contains:
- A letter from the Diocesan Secretary outlining the process;
- A Certificate of Election for you to complete to certify your delegates and alternates; and
- A chart illustrating how many delegates each congregation may certify and send to Council.
