Online Registration opens Wednesday, December 9.

Our registration process will be very similar to last year.  A registration letter and instructions from the host committee was mailed to all clergy and churches on December 1, 2009 (copy below).  Online payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card, Visa and MasterCard DEBIT  cards, and e-checks.  To pay offline by mailing in a check is still available.  Click here for Online Payment Instructions.

Registration should be done online at http://www.council-dwtx.org. Registration will open online beginning December 9th, and close on February 10th. Payment can be made by check or credit card. If mailing a check, simply print the transaction summary of all registrations and mail with your payment to the address below. Please note: Only visitors may register on-site at the American Bank Center, and late registration will not include meals.
