Pre-council meetings are essential to a delegate’s preparation for Council. Many details of the diocesan budget, which Council is responsible for establishing, will be presented at pre-council meetings and not be repeated on the floor of Council. Several other important pieces of information that will be taken up at Council will be distributed at pre-council meetings. All of this reduces the amount of time that must be devoted to business during the actual Council. More details will be posted here as they develop.
All meetings, except the Central Convocation (San Antonio), will begin with a light supper at 6:00 pm. The Central Convocation meeting will begin with coffee and a light dessert at 6:15 pm. All presentations will start at 6:45 pm.
