Two person, either clergy or lay, and communicants of the Diocese, shall be elected for a three year term. Retiring incumbents, the Rev. John Hardie and Mr. Bruce Davis are eligible.
Description of duties: The Board of Trustees shall be responsible for communicating the needs of the school to the Diocese and to gather resources in support of the school at the direction of the Board of Governors. The Trustees meet 3-4 times a year on average, at the campus of TMI.

Jay Forman Trinity, Victoria
Qualifications – Jay has 22 years experience in Episcopal Schools. His knowledge of the financial challenges facing those schools, and the education needs of the students, is extensive. As Headmaster, he has engaged those needs by involvement in a wide variety of leadership from fundraising to technological upgrading. Jay is also committed to a strong relationship between Episcopal Schools and the Church at large.
Local Church Activities – Member of Trinity Church, Victoria; attends Vestry meetings to report on Trinity School. Has been a Vestry member and Junior Warden at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Lubbock.

Local Church Activities – Triana has served on the Vestry, the Altar Guild, in the Women’s ministry, as a Youth sponsor, and in many other parish volunteer capacities.

Charles Stephens, II St. Thomas’, San Antonio
Qualifications – Charles and his family have been involved with TMI since 2000. They have been strong supporters of TMI and its relationship with the Episcopal Church. Their daughter, Maggie, went to St. Thomas, St. George and graduated in 2004 from TMI. Their son, Scott, also went to St. Thomas, St. George and graduated in 2006 from TMI. Their youngest daughter, Seeley, went to St. Thomas and will graduate from TMI in 2014.
Local Church Activities – The Stephens Family have been active members of St. Thomas since 1986. Charles has served several terms on the St. Thomas Vestry, until he became Chancellor of St. Thomas for approximately 13 years. Charles has also been a Council delegate and assisted in developing the relationship between the Diocese and St. Jude’s Ranch for Children. He is also involved with the St. Thomas Men’s Meat Burning and has served as an Usher for over 20 years.
