The annual pre-council meetings will look different this year and we urge all clergy, delegates, alternates, clergy spouses and visitors to make a special effort to attend. It is at the pre-council meetings that the concept of the Biblical covenant will be introduced and discussed in interactive sessions led by Bishop Reed. Pre-council meetings will also be the place where details of the 2010-2011 diocesan budgets will be discussed so as to eliminate lengthy budget discussion on the floor of Council. Several important pieces of information to be addressed by Council will be distributed at the meetings.
